Mission

Society Biliki’s mission is to increase the capacity of youth, the community and civil society to be actively involved in and influence decision-making processes at the local governmental level.

Society Biliki’s target groups are:

• Children (0-18)
• Youth (18-29)
• Representatives of the local community
